We've worked with Lance to get two vehicles shipped from WI to AZ. Lance was very smart, and helpful to begin/start. However as the days went by I found myself calling Lance to confirm things, reaching out to him to ask next steps, as our pickup location and dates were fluctuating a bit as we were finalizing a close on a lease and signing a new lease. 1 week before the shipment was scheduled we got a call from the actual carrier Bulldog Trucking stating an incorrect date for the pickup, and advised us to resolve the date issue with our broker, (Auto Shipping Group). So I called, and left a message, waited a day, less than a week till pickup, called the next day, left a message, and did this a third time. At this point I heard nothing back and the cars were to be picked up in 3-4 days and we were leaving as well. In a panic I called Bulldog directly, I had to modify the pickup location, drop off location and times/dates. All of this we expected Lance to perform for charging us hundreds of dollars he caused us headaches with the shipping of our two primary vehicles. Bulldog on the other hand answered promptly and was extremely flexible. I then got a notice a few days before from Lance, via a text message that simply read something like "Tooth surgery, cant talk" and at this point I already worked it out directly with the carrier, and dismissed Lance, stating "Everything is all fine now". I have two people that also need to ship cars, and I will not be referring them to Lance. I am NOT SURE if this was a fluke... but from all other reviews of Auto Shipping Group everyone on the web. They seem quite mixed. Proceed with caution. Also I was not going to rate/review Lance, but he asked about 5 times now... so I am leaving my honest opinion.
