I was trying to ship our daughter's new car from our home to her new home in Nashville, where she was starting a new job. I had never done this before and was totally flummoxed by the process. My family kept pestering me about shipping the car. Despite my nervous calls, Felicia constantly held my hand (by phone) and tried to calm me down.

In the end, the experience was amazing. Pick up was 5 minutes from our home. And the trucker delivered the car to us at the airport, just after we landed, saving us the cost of a rental car! I could not have asked for a better experience!
