Felicia was excellent and provided good customer service. She did a great job with coordination. She's on top of the ball with answering my questions and took the time over the phone to walk me through everything. She is also very professional and handled the situation well since there were delays (which was an isolated issue with the carrier/freight service). Overall, a great experience and my sports car arrived safe and sound! The carrier/freight service who picked up my car was also very professional, friendly, and gave me peace of mind when my car left the house. I'm very protective and meticulous of my camaro, so I am glad I used this service since you don't want to take any chances with less reputable companies.
