Sandra, Sorry to hear this is how you felt about transport. However, per the carrier he was trying his best to work out a delivery arrangement with your son. They cannot always hold on to a vehicle as they have lots more cars and customers to deal with as well. Once they were unable to deliver to your son they had to then find plan B to get car to him via local flatbed as their truck had to get on the road for other deliveries. The Monday was not a 5pm no show the carrier called in advance and stated he was not going to make it due to mechanical issue on the truck they contracted to pick up, they then had to find another truck whom could do it right away. In this industry we provide estimates as these drivers have many things they are up against, road conditions, truck issues, other customers, etc. I am sorry you felt this service was not so good.
