After experiencing difficulties with another shipping company which was scheduled months in advance for a military permanent change of station, I contacted Felicia within 24 hours of pick-up and she was AMAZING - absolute life saver!!! As an United States Naval Officer I was really impressed with her professionalism and dedication. She did an excellent job explaining the entire car shipping process while showing that she genuinely cared to assist me in ensuring my wife's vehicle was successfully picked up and delivered on time with no issues. Felicia's respect, dedication, and job accomplishment was absolutely phenomenal. She was able to get me a driver confirmed within hours and stayed in constant contact with me, which definitely put me at ease. My wife's vehicle was delivered across country with no issues. I couldn't be more pleased with Felicia's customer service and the successful shipment. I highly recommend Felicia and Auto Shipping Group Inc. for anyone planning to ship their vehicle.
