She was very attentive and explained everything to me before I decided to go forward with the shipment of my car. Couldn't have asked for a better person to handle the car shipment! Thank you again Kimberly. My car arrived safely and of course a bit dirty since I chose an open carrier. No damage. It arrived on the quoted time frame Kimberly said it would. she also followed up with me which was very nice on her part!
