Stephanie was always attentive and quick to respond continuously keeping me in the loop with truck availability with only 24 turn around time from order to pickup. Professionalism is a huge part of her character. Only giving 4 stars due to the driver being late on drop off. Not connected to Stephanie at all in that respect.
