Felicia at the Auto Shipping Group was great. She took the time necessary to describe the process and the auto shipping industry. Very knowledgeable, she is a car person herself. This gave me more confidence in the company and their abilities. Everything was upfront, there was a slight increase in the total cost, but I was told ahead of time that this could happen, not out of line, and for the piece mind it was well worth every penny. The transporter was found very quickly and communicated very well. My car got to me ahead of time without a scratch. Felicia kept me up to date and she always responded in a timely manner. I will ship my next car with ASG.
