This delivery was almost painless. Kim is very clearly an expert in the business- booking was quick and easy, there were no surprises in pricing or policies, and the local delivery services she connected with (both pickup and dropoff) were nice, fast, and professional. The only hiccup was having to make my way to the dropoff location via an hour taxi ride on a Monday morning — but the logistics of New York City had a lot more to do with that than the service. On the receiving end, Simon even paid for half of the $80 cab ride for my troubles, unprompted.
