Kimberly helped me ship my Honda civic across the country to DC from Seattle. She gave me the least expensive quote out of all the vendors I was shopping around with. I chose her, and from there she handled everything, including giving me driver info, time of pick up, and when I could expect my car. I actually referred her to my sister to ship her car as well, when it was time for her do it. She was available even outside of 8-5 hours, and texted back pretty promptly. My car did arrive dirty, which I expected because I chose to ship it open carrier exposed to the elements, and the driver traveled into a Maryland snowstorm. I just gave it a wash and nothing was damaged or non-functional so it was fine.

Overall it was a good experience, the price was right, and she took the stress out of an already stressful experience regarding moving alone cross-country.
