Brenda was very personable to deal with. She explained all phases of the process in detail. The cost of the shipping went up from the original quote and she showed me and explained why it did. I was very pleased to hear that my car was to be picked up the following weekend. The driver was very nice and pleasant and his carrier was very clean and looked to be new. Overall I was very happy with the service, but for the price increase from the original quote.
