Working with Kimberly at ASG was a pleasure. She is on the ball. That is praise to me.

I had never shipped an auto before and didn't understand how it worked. I assumed that you just call a carrier like you do when moving stuff. I did not realize that brokers are involved and there is a bidding process. Given my naiveté I did not allow must time to set up the shipping. After some quick research I selected a different broker. They had good reviews and a very good web site that made the process easy. But after talking to a human, I started to loose confidence and after a few days of no action and very little information, I decided to try ASG.

Their web site and sign up experience is not as slick but very soon after requesting a bid I received a call from Kimberly. She was knowledgable, explained things to me, what to expect and why I might need to be flexible. I felt like I was in good hands immediately. This was on a Friday afternoon. By Monday morning, she already had a driver for me at a price only $40 over her estimate. I went for it and am very happy. The whole experience was very professional and prompt.

If I ever need auto shipping again I will call Kimberly at ASG.
