Felicia was business like and courteous from initial contact to finish. Answered all our questions and waited patiently while we completed arrangements in NC and CA for the shipping of our van. Provided all of the details of how the shipment would go and stayed in touch with us as the van crossed the country. Since this was our first experience moving a vehicle (other than the military moving my car overseas years ago) we were not sure what to expect. All in all, it was a good experience and wed use auto shipping again as long as Felicia was the contact. She did a great job and should be commended. For your info, my comments on the first review were longer and probably more complimentary. Unfortunately my memory is getting as bad as my sight and hearing so the above will have to suffice. Thanks again for all your help in making this a pleasant and painless experience. Gerry Nappy
