Kimberly Freiley provided me with fantastic customer service throughout the entire process. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and Kimberly took time to answer all of my questions. She is well-spoken and very professional. Kimberly also kept in contact with the carrier's dispatcher and updated me on the driver's progress.
