I had purchased a vehicle for my parents and was having it delivered from Central Illinois to Phoenix. Not experienced in transporting largo cargo such as a vehicle, the initial experience was an "eye opener" because you will get inundated with brokers emailing you or calling you for business. Many will promise many benefits but fail to fully explain the process and have follow through as Julie Johnston did with me. The interesting about my introduction with Julie was not because she contacted me but she happened to work at the same company that I had decided to hire. The initial rep failed to return my calls promptly so I had second thoughts about our arrangement and I was going to terminate the agreement. On this particular day, Julie happened to answer the phone and when I explained my concerns, she shared she would assist me if I would give them a second chance. I am glad I did because Julie was professional through out the process. She started by explaining the process and kept me advised throughout the process. Our vehicle was delivered as promised. Pay Car Transport was the company who actually delivered our vehicle and they communicated promptly during the journey. Overall, I would recommend Julie and Pay Car and would use them both again.
