i had my vehicle delivered from florida to Massachusetts and the service was really good. Felicia was my point of contact and she was really helpful and proactive is sending me the delivery status. Though she worked during pacific time she was prompt in responding to any queries i had during my time (early morning for her) which was really impressive. Though my vehicle was picked up late , it was delivered well before time. Just make sure you keep a window of 4-5hrs for delivery and pickup.
