NEVER use this company! They assigned me to one of their preferred carriers, Cypress Auto Shipping, who are CROOKS! The driver called me and told me my car delivery would be late because he had an ear infection and had to take medication. Because of this "medication", he did not know how to work the trailer properly and smashed the roof of my car. $3000 worth of damage. When he finally delivered the car, I had to walk 15 mins away from my home to pick it up. He said he would give me $300-$400 to cover the damages. (Are you kidding me?!) I said "no" and filed a claim. The owner Tommy was possibly the biggest jerk I have ever met. He defended the driver and gave me so much attitude for wanting to file a claim - like I was really putting him out! The secretary is equally deplorable attitude-wise. When I gave them an estimate of the damages, they kept asking for more estimates and generating more stipulations and materials I needed to email them (aka avoided paying). I seriously don't know how they stay in business. They should be reported.
