Because of the remote rural area of the pick up, finding a carrier was difficult. Lance stayed with it and found us a good option that not only made the pick up, but was enclosed as well. We had a very tight window for pick up, so close coordination was important. Lance was on it and returned texts very quickly for days as we worked through options.
