Don't let Simple Transport Carrier move your vehicle!!

Shipping vehicles is a gamble. You might have to wait for the pick-up and/or delivery. I've shipped vehicles four times and sometimes it went great others very slow. Auto Shipping Group (the broker) was pretty good, the contact person Malia was helpful in explaining the process and responding to check in calls while waiting for a carrier. But the Carrier was the worst I ever have dealt with. They tried to change the drop-off time several times after we agreed on the time I would have personnel available to receive my vehicles. They changed the drop off time alleging two accidents slowed them down. Final drop off was at 10 PM( we had agreed to meet at 7PM) in the dark.
I had to participate in a bizarre 4 way conference call with the driver, the broker rep and the carrier dispatcher to "find out who was lying".
I would use Auto Shipping Group but I would never contract with the carrier, SImple Transport. I intend to write a complaint to the broker and suggest they drop the carrier.
