I had originally booked my vehicle transport from NC to WA with another shipping company that ended up being very unprofessional and unreliable. My friend gave me Felicia's contact info and she was incredibly helpful, professional, and prompt and she was even able to find me a carrier the same day I called her. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and was able to answer all of my questions. The pick-up and delivery drivers were extremely friendly and professional as well. Overall a great, easy experience to ship my car across the country and I would highly recommend their services.
