Felicia far exceeded my expectations when it came to shipping my car. She was knowledgeable & accommodating to my every need! I asked A LOT of questions, & she was patient and helpful when responding. Communication was perfect, as she updated on the carrier continuously regarding their route & time of arrival. I was VERY nervous when it came to shipping my car, and Felicia made my experience the smoothest I could have imagined. I could not thank her enough! I appreciate everything she did during the stressful process!!
