Pickup was delayed, but the delivery was on time

The original quote was a bit lower than the actual price, and it took awhile before an actual driver accepted the transport, but the car was delivered in the expected time frame that I need. Stephanie was very helpful in getting the driver back at the pickup location since he already missed the first date. The delivery was right on time as estimated by the driver, and the car was in the good condition, except of course of the outside dirt from traveling since the truck was open.
Overall, the driver was very polite and gave me a call when he was close to the destination, and Stephanie was also very professional.
