This was my first time dealing with an auto transport company and I was nervous and very skeptical. Although I canceled the order and decided to drive Stephanie was extremely helpful in explaining the process to me and making herself available anytime I had questions or concerns. She always responded promptly and was very pleasant to deal with. This was a high sensitivity issue for me and she made it very easy to understand. She answered ALL my questions (and there were many). I recommended her to a friend. If I need Auto transport services in the future she will be the first person I call. I decided to drive and I ended up canceling the order and she was just as pleasant as she was from the first time we spoke. Stephanie ROCKS!
