I don't know where to start! Felicia was great during this whole process. I was in a rush to find a trucker to ship my car because the first company I found was very unprofessional and didn't do their job as stated. I called Felicia very frustrated, she calmed me down, and was confident she would find me a truck within my very close pickup window. She found me one within an hour!! She would call or text me at every step to make sure everything was going smoothly. I never had such great customer service before, until Felcia. From before pickup to delievery she was extremely professional, sweet and helpful. I would 100% recommend Felicia and Auto Shipping Group to anyone. Felicia is a wonderful asset to Auto Shipping Group. People like her will make any company better. Absolutely great experience! You will not be let down.
