Kimberly was a great representative for Auto Shipping. This was my first time using any kind of transport service. Any time that I had a question about my shipping, she was available. I was pleased with the service of Auto Shipping but the transport company needs to be available for status updates with the customers about their vehicle. Other than that I am pleased with the overall process.
