Felicia was extremely helpful from the start. Finding a carrier proved difficult, but switching the pickup point by 30 miles (closer to an Interstate) seemed to make a difference. She stayed on top of the transaction in spite of some apparent personal difficulties. Overall, Felicia couldn't have been better or done more.

Allin, the driver, was very approachable. He waited patiently when we were late to the pickup because of traffic delays. Delivery was slightly more complicated. After initially calling to anticipate a Tuesday afternoon delivery, he ran into some traffic problems and some problems with another pickup, so that the delivery eventually was Wednesday night. Static on his cell phone made each telephone contact hard to understand. Nevertheless, we would use him again.
