Car was delivered in a timely fashion. It was delivered one day late but I was informed and it did not matter to me. I would definitely use their service again if I had to ship a car. I felt the communication was great and this was a good service money well spent. I was OK with the car being late one day because they turned around to pick up in one day. So to me it's a wash and again super happy with the service
