Never having shipped a car before, I was very apprehensive. I had several quotes and talked with several shippers on the phone. However, when I talked with Kim she alleviated all my fears. I felt comfortable with her and was relieved that everything would go well. She kept me informed, was very pleasant and patient with any questions I had. At first there was a three-five day window for pickup, but when I told Kim we needed a definite date of October 24, she went out of her way to accommodate us. All in all, the pickup and delivery could not have gone better, and I thank Kim for making it possible. The drivers at both pickup and delivery were very efficient, polite and did an excellent job. All in all, I could not be more satisfied and would use your service in the future and recommend it to other travelers.
