Moving from Southern California to a farm in Louisiana over a three month period sounded easy. Moving multiple cars, truck and trailer with belongs from a five bedroom house with two people proved to be harder than I thought. I requested quotes to move the classic cars, one quote for both cars and another for a single. Date was open for a large window. I received the quotes from Auto Shipping Group with a follow up shortly after from Samantha, I explained my plan and found the problem with it, I could not get responsible people at both ends of the journey in the transportation timeline. Samantha gave me some options and let me work out my timeline. The other transportation companies kept calling, robo calling and just plain harassing me night and day to use them. When I ran out of time I call Samantha of Auto Shipping Group back set a date to get the car picked up made arrangements with friends as back ups to be there if driver missed the pick up estimate. The driver picked up the car late but in a workable window. I drove from California to Louisiana and meet him for delivery when estimated back at the pick up. Samantha check in both during and after the move to make sure all went well. Overall I was very pleased Auto Shipping Group and my customer service rep Samantha. Thanks.
