Matt, I feel as if this review is 100% misdirected and unnecessary. We were in contact the entire time about this transport and we BOTH shared a similar opinion on the performance of the carrier, which was poor to say the least. However, this review effects me personally. Your last email to me read - "I know this has been a trying and terrible experience for all parties but I wanted to thank you for being a respectable point of contact throughout the process." And I appreciated your feedback but this review is disappointing to say the least. I have done everything I can, short of transporting the car myself, to right this.
