Started off good, ended very poorly

Brenda started off promising- she was very prompt in all communications until my car was picked up. After that, I had almost no idea when my car was arriving. I had to drive 11 straight hours through the night because she didn't respond to my numerous calls and texts asking if my car had a delivery date. After the driver called me on delivery day saying he was coming in 2 hours. I received a call from Brenda an hour after the drivers call saying that the car should be delivered "today or tomorrow".
On top of that, the truck driver demanded cash upon delivery even after I spoke with him on the phone saying I felt more comfortable writing a check. He said check was fine and provided the company name until he showed up. He said a check wouldn't work, so my wife and I had to find the nearest bank (6mi away) to take out cash. It was not a good experience at all.

Honestly, it felt like she was on top of her game until she received our deposit then she stopped answering my questions and calls. This is absolutely the worst time to stop answering because it is when most questions arise. My car arrived safely. Dirty, but safe.

Regarding the follow up, I show that I answered each of your texts and followed up with each one, after contacting the carrier to get the information about their scheduling. The driver is supposed to accept cash or a cashiers check from you, but do not accept personal checks. This was disclosed to you per the invoice that you signed. i apologize about calling to let you know that the vehicle would arrive "today or tomorrow" but I did follow up with the carrier and that is what I was told.
