The customer service rep, Felicia Williams did an excellent job helping me from beginning to end. When looking to have my vehicle transported, I was bombarded with tons of impersonal emails and unwanted texts. Felicia was THE ONLY ONE that I felt I could trust. She called me on the phone and was exceptionally kind and helpful. Her email correspondence was well written and had that personal touch that I needed. Because of Felicia's approach, I turned down all of the other offers, even ones that were less expensive, and when with her company. Felicia Williams gets a BIG A-PLUS!
