Lance did a great Job taking care of transport arrangements for my vehicle from Indiana all the way to California. The process was smooth and Lance did not proceed with anything without me giving the green light. He did not bill me the admin fee until my car was picked up and I paid the driver cash on delivery. Lance continued to support and provide customer service all the way until I informed him my Honda had arrived safely. I know that if my wife and I ever need to ship a vehicle again I will be calling Lance.
