I had 0 experience with transporting a vehicle across the country and I made the mistake of hiring the first company that I got a quote from. Two days went by without a single returned phone call, answered chat or email. I got worried I was scammed for my transporter fee ( only way I got a refund was to submit a claim on my credit card!). I ended up trying to find a reputable company who had been in business longer than a few short months and stumbled onto autoshippinggroup from the BBB. With one call to the company I was transferred to Lance who was able to answer all of my questions and explain how the process worked in detail. He saw that my car was already on a carriers list from the first company I "hired". Unsure of my best route at the time I did not hire ASG right away, but lance followed up in a professional manor. After 2 more days of no transporter from the first "hired" company I hired lance in hopes to get my car back to Tennessee. Three hours into the process he had a truck secured and the transporter was there the following business day. He continued to touch base through the transportation process and delivery. Ill make sure to only go through Lance next time I have to ship a vehicle!
