Stephanie Hamilton was helpful in getting the car delivered. For some reason there was no carrier available on the agreed pickup day but she was able to get one the next day, however for $75 more and with a carrier that ended up being much less helpful (the car was absolutely filthy on pickup and the driver, Tarieli Melelashvili, was offended when I wanted to pay by money order instead of cash, and while I was making the money order out to him he very nearly decided to take the car back- he almost demanded that I pay the $575 in cash). I would not recommend the carrier to anybody but the customer service rep was great, and I do recommend her to anybody transporting a car across the country.
