While I was having a nightmare move experience with my household goods, Felicia made the transport of my Ford Explorer smooth and painless. From the start Felicia was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. She made sure that my texts and or phone calls got the attention needed when I was under the pressure of a move and not needing any unanswered questions about pickup days and times. Felicia's support didn't stop after the pickup as she continued to provide me with information on driver arrival day and time as the delivery time approached.

Overall I was extremely pleased with the attention and support that Felicia provided me with the transport of my vehicle across the country. Thanks Felicia!
