Julie from ASG did a phenomenal job and maintained clear, warm, and prompt communication throughout the process. She explained how the industry worked and gave me a realistic sense of pricing and the process. Many times she worked beyond her typical hours to update me or help manage the challenging driver, who tried to increase the price after contracting and was late and unpredictable. She even worked through and around a family emergency. She is fantastic and I would gladly recommend her to contacts looking to transport a car.
