This was my first time ever trying to ship my car and move out of state. Felicia was very prompt to respond and kept me updated throughout the entire process. She was very understanding of my reservations and made sure to answer every question no matter how simple it was. she was very easy to contact through email and answered my texts even on weekends! I was very pleased with her overall customer service and her enthusiasm throughout and will definitely be booking again in the near future when I have to ship my car back.
