Had been dealing with different company promising lower rate but kept getting put off with promises of upgraded transport for same price. As move date approached still did not have confirmation. This company was one of the many others offering reasonable rates. Felicia was very honest and helpful and reassuring that it would all work out despite short notice. While this was a little more expensive than the original company, they followed through with everything checked up on the process and kept us reassured that our vehicle would arrive in time. It actually arrived the day before and the driver was very friendly making sure everything was as it should be before leaving the vehicle with me.
