One word to describe Felicia...heaven sent!!! Felicia completely saved the day. I had issue after issue dealing with another shipping company in which after a month of having my vehicle, not returning phone calls or emails they finally said they can't get my vehicle to me. I was put in contact with Felicia and she hit the ground running for us and absolutely stepped in and handled everything. She was in constant communication and was very sympathetic to what we had been through with the previous company. Felicia was professional, prompt, easily accessible, and kept us in constant communication every step of the way. Again, Felicia 100% stepped in a picked up the pieces for us. She was a life saver!!! I would recommend her to anyone needing to ship cars!!!
