Prompt, courteous, efficient service from start to finish. I was experiencing inadequate response from another company who left me hanging and as time drew closer to me departure date, I had no assistance with vehicle transport. I contacted Kim, who by the way was on vacation but answered my urgent but frantic call almost immediately. She put me in contact with Roman at Shipping Experts who found a driver willing to pickup and deliver my car expeditiously. Vhlad was very respectful and extremely helpful (I was on crutches). He handles EVERYTHING in a very professional manner.

If I EVER have to move again I will not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them for the excellent professionalism from start to finish! They are more than a 5 Star company in my book!
