Stephanie was AWESOME and immediately found me a carrier once she took over my booking!! After over a week with no progress despite dozens of phonecalls and emails (most of which went unanswered) with another rep (Virginia Vires, who I do NOT recommend!), with only 2 days left before I had to have my car picked up my booking was thankfully transferred to Stephanie. She immediately got in contact with me around 4pm that afternoon, and by 10am the next morning she had found me a carrier! She texted and emailed me updates, and made sure she got results! The carrier was in communication with me the entire process, on time, and delivered my car in perfect condition, the only negative was that it ended up costing about $250 more than my initial quote I assume due to being so last-minute by the time it was setup, but I am thankful Stephanie was able to come through for me and find a carrier. I used Auto Shipping Group a year ago for my last move, and had a great experience then (incidentally also with Stephanie!) which I why I came back this time. If I need auto shipping again I will be back, but this time I will definitely call Stephanie directly!!
