Felicia was amazing and incredibly trustworthy. She really did model how customer service should be. I was so impressed with how helpful she was. She was readily available at virtually all hours to answer questions and update me despite my crazy work schedule. I was nervous about sending the car and she provided the reassurance and confidence that I needed to cement my decision to go with this group. Everything went smoothly. I would refer all to use auto shipping group in the future without a shadow of a doubt. Just ask for Felicia. I now know to call her if I need to ship a car again.Thank you Felicia!!
