Possibly decent but some red flags

Red flags:
They asked if I would give them 5 stars for good service on the initial/opening conversation
They keep calling and sending emails until you give them a review
In the email they tell you to mark that they do not give incentives for reviews, but on transportreviews it says if they say that they may be breaking federal law....

Positives: Price stayed the same
Felicia seemed to know what she was talking about and was easy to talk to.

Overall: I started out having ASG dispatch my car, but I ended up going with a different company that had a more convenient schedule for similar price. I can not speak to anything except the dispatch and communication, which seemed satisfactory, but all the pestering about a review kind of gave me an uneasy feeling.
