My only deduction in a star was because of their carrier company. I know Auto Shipping Group is not responsible for the professionalism of the carrier company, but I think this should be taken into account for future business. I was very upset with how the carrier company did not give me any heads up about the pickup time. They called me 45 minus before pickup. I then had to rush to get everything ready and drive to the pickup location, which they also did not tell me about in advance. ASG made up for it though and Felicia was very responsive to my feedback. She called them directly and got things sorted out for the delivery time and date. I appreciate all of her help.
