irepresented a price ok..charged credit card fee of 6%- contract stated 3%...expected delivery was friday..actually had to drive to a pick up point tuesday evening since it was not door to door delivery as indicated on contract...when car was delivered in portland on the following tuesday it had 400 miles more than when picked up and actually had receipt of restaurants in las vegas left in the car...good talker but gave us a very bad company which did not comply with the contract representations. lance also stated we would get a refund of $100 from the shipper and it was in the mail and we never received anything.

Unfortunately, the carriers we use sometimes do not screen their drivers as well as we screen our carriers. I did send you the information on the carrier about the refund and only told you what he told me. Please call the carrier that was willing to give you the refund and I am sure he will be happy to give you your money back.
