Shipping my car across the country was an extremely scary thought, but Felicia really put my mind at ease. She was thorough and patient as she answered my many questions and explained the process to me. She got back to me quickly whenever I reached out to her. I highly recommend working with her. The only reason I didn't give the process 5 stars is that the delivery location chosen by the driver was in an unsafe location, on an extremely busy four-lane road with almost no shoulder. That said, the car did arrive on time and without damage - just very dirty!
