I choose this company solely on the strength of Felecia's initial voicemail to me, which was clear, friendly and thorough (an exception in this business, I have found). She was patient in answering my questions, worked with me to set up dates for pick-up and delivery, and answered all my calls and texts promptly. Even when I got nervous about the car getting to my home before the holidays, she was calm and reassuring. I would absolutely recommend Felecia and Auto Transport Group to anyone shipping a car long distance. Thanks for the great job and happy holidays!!
