I contacted Heidi to ship my car from NH to Oregon. Within a day she had a driver and a schedule. The price was consistent with other quotes I'd received. What made me decide to take this bid was how personable and easy to talk to Heidi is, her clear explanations and strong knowledge of the subject. She was straightforward, warm, followed-up at each step and my car arrived on time. When the driver didn't follow through, she did. So everything was covered well. And I'm very happy to have my car!
