Stephanie did a fantastic job guiding us through the process from start to finish, explaining everything - wonderful experience and I would recommend her (and ASG) to anyone shipping a vehicle.
They promised pickup on a Friday and arrived at 12:30 (half hour late but no big deal), and delivered the vehicle early (Sun evening at 6pm vs. the promised Mon am), exceeding my expectations.
